Matt Smith will be appearing at MCM Expo London Comic Con at ExCel on Friday 26 October. The Eleventh Doctor will be in a panel alongside the show’s executive producer, Caroline Skinner, at the MCM theatre, chatting about all things Doctor Who (except the fiftieth anniversary, probably, unless he wants a stern telling off from Steven Moffat). It will also be streamed online for any fans that can’t make it.
He’ll be launching the new Doctor Who Series 7, Part 1 DVD (on general release 29 October). The first 100 people who purchase the DVD from the BBC Worldwide stand will be able to have it signed by the man himself.
Time-travellers seem to be dominating the Expo at the moment, as Continuum ’s Roger Cross and Tony Amendola will also be attending. Other guests include: The Walking Dead ’s Andrew Rotherburg and Jeffrey DeMunn; and Once Upon a Time ’s Keegan Connor Tracy.
Weekend tickets cost £29 and include entry into Friday’s preview show, which is the only day that Matt Smith will be attending (these tickets can only be purchased in advance). www.londonexpo.com/faq/tickets/
