In issue 210 of Total Film magazine, you get our ultimate comic-book preview, looking at the biggest movies leaping from the panel to the screen.
In among the pieces on Avengers: Age Of Ultron (we chat to Joss Whedon about that one) and Amazing Spider-Man 2 (join us on the NY set), we also profile some of the lesser-known comic-book movies headed your way, like I, Frankenstein , the Aaron Eckhart-starrer adapted from the pages of Kevin Grevioux’s comics.
We met up with Chuck actress Yvonne Strahovski at Comic-Con 2013, and she told us about her role in the horror-inspired thriller.
You can read the full Q&A inside the issue (available for the hard-to-resist price of just £1.99 on your iPad (opens in new tab) ), but for now, here’s a sneak peek excerpt:
What [ your character ] Terra like?
“Terra’s a scientist – she’s an electro physiologist and she’s very much involved in her work. She’s passionate about it. She’s researching reanimation and bringing to life something that’s dead.
“But when she’s faced with the reality of this creature right in front of her, I think her world is totally rocked and she’s faced with this extraordinary world that she never knew about.”
